Future of Tea Party Movement
Glenn Reynolds, of www.InstaPundit.Com, has the following article in the Washington Examiner which is worth going through.
Since February 2009 we have seen a new political force in the USA. From the article:
“In many states, Tea Partiers are taking over the local GOP apparatus, running for precinct chairman or other low level offices, as they try to take over the party from the ground up….But rallies without follow-through are just rallies. And the Tea Party movement is now following through with the grunt work of politics: Organizing precincts, waging primary battles, registering voters, and compiling mailing lists.”
Texas has a number of swing districts up for grabs, which I intend to post emails from the conservative contenders for those districts. Let’s hear what they have to say.
Is it possible to have a Texas wide, coordinated effort to win those swing districts?
